Reservation/Cancellation policy
Reservation Policy: A valid credit card is required at the time of your reservation to hold your room. A 50% deposit may be required, dependent upon the time the reservation is made, peak season, hunting seasons, holidays or special events. The deposit is equal to 50% of your stay. Please contact us in advance if you will be arriving late.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. All cancellations will be charged a minimum of 50% of room reservation. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge. There are no refunds for holiday weekends, peak summer season, seasonal hunting, special events, late arrivals, early departures, or poor weather conditions.
Late Check Out Policy:
Late check out contingent upon prior approval by management and will incur a minimum charge of $20.00, based on time requested.
