Reservation/cancellation policy
Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation to hold your room. The deposit is equal to 50% of your stay. For large group reservations we request a 30 day advanced notice for planning and preparation. Please contact us in advance if you will be arriving late.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. All cancellations will be charged 50% of deposit. There are no refunds for holiday weekends, late arrivals, early departures or poor weather conditions.
Telephones are not available in any of the units.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
